Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Transformation

  • Autonomous Roadmap: Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for Revenue Platforms, transitioning from manual workflows to AI-augmented "agentic" processes.
  • Platform Modernization: Lead Salesforce refactoring to reduce technical debt and implement a modular, "product-oriented" operating model.
  • Commercialization Enablement: Partner with Transformation leadership to enable complex, hybrid revenue models (e.g., fixed recurring + real-time usage).
  • Data Hygiene & System Usability: Leverage optimization, data lifecycle and intelligence teams to drive improvements in CRM platform, improving adoption and overall productivity.

Architectural Orchestration

  • Data Liquidity: Define a "Zero-ETL" integration strategy across Salesforce, Zuora, Gainsight, and the AWS data warehouse to ensure real-time "Signal-to-Action" capabilities.
  • QTC Optimization: Drive enterprise-wide Quote-to-Cash efficiency, automating the friction points between sales, contracting, and billing.
  • AI & Agentic Operations: Introduce AI agents to handle autonomous tasks such as data enrichment, forecasting accuracy, and tier-1 commercial support.

Execution & Governance

  • Team Evolution: Lead and evolve a multi-functional organization of ~18, shifting the culture from "ticket-taking" to "platform engineering".
  • Executive Advisory: Act as a strategic advisor to CRO leadership, influencing investment in emerging GTM technologies.
  • Operational Rigor: Implement high-standard governance and release management frameworks to ensure platform stability during rapid scaling.

Qualifications:

Experience & Leadership

  • 10–15+ years of leadership in enterprise systems, revenue platforms, or business applications.
  • Proven Track Record: Leading large-scale QTC transformations and platform consolidation initiatives.
  • Scale: Experience leading technical and functional teams of 10–20+ members.

Technical & Strategic Must-Haves

  • SaaS/Fintech Domain: Deep understanding of regulated environments, enterprise architecture, and complex data flows.
  • Core Stack Expertise: Mastery of the Salesforce ecosystem, including CPQ (RCA preferred) and billing platforms (Zuora preferred).
  • Architectural Literacy: Demonstrated ability to connect customer, revenue, and product data across CRM, billing, and data platforms (AWS preferred).
  • AI/Automation Proficiency: Practical experience deploying AI-driven tools within a GTM stack to improve forecasting or operational efficiency.

Preferred Skills

  • Analytics: Familiarity with Tableau Cloud for creating "Single Source of Truth" reporting.
  • Executive Presence: Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align technology with business
