VP of Product Marketing at CreatorIQ
We are seeking an experienced VP of Product Marketing to lead, grow, and scale our Product Marketing team and function. This pivotal role reports directly to the CMO and is designed for a proven leader who is passionate about crafting and executing innovative go-to-market strategies, enhancing sales enablement, and delivering insights that drive product development and market positioning. All for a rapidly evolving nascent industry.

In this role, you’ll get to: 

  • Strategic Product Marketing Leadership: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive product marketing strategy aligned with company objectives. This includes driving go-to-market plans, overseeing pricing and packaging strategies, and ensuring internal and external alignment post-acquisition to support growth, customer success, and market penetration.

  • Team Development and Cross-Functional Enablement: Manage and mentor a high-performing product marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and professional growth. Partner closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to deliver impactful enablement programs, messaging, and positioning that support successful product adoption and revenue growth.

  • Market and Customer Insight-Driven Strategy: Leverage deep market intelligence and customer insights to inform product positioning, competitive differentiation, and customer lifecycle marketing. Continuously evolve strategies to resonate with target audiences, drive engagement across the customer journey, and support long-term retention and advocacy.

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a proven track record of successfully launching and growing products.

  • Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading and scaling high-performing teams, with a strong emphasis on mentorship and development.

  • Strategic Thinker: Exceptional ability to develop strategic marketing plans and execute them with measurable success.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate clear and compelling product value propositions.

  • Collaborative: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, customer success, and marketing communications.
