As a Vice President, Adoption and Value Realization - Consumer and Community Banking, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. 

 

This role is accountable for building and running the end-to-end adoption roadmap that converts delivered digital capabilities into sustained usage and measurable business value. Working closely with product and platform teams, lines of business, and performance marketing, you support prioritization, define adoption and operationalization plans from pilot through scale, and enable cross-functional execution through a disciplined operating model.

You establish clear adoption objectives and KPIs, monitor performance across the adoption funnel, and lead continuous improvement loops to remove barriers through product enhancements, enablement, and go-to-market optimization. The role delivers executive-ready reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes, while ensuring launches are operationally ready with the right documentation, training, support paths, and governance to scale effectively.

 

Job responsibilities

 

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers. 

  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap. 

  • Owns, maintains and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition. 

  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture and reliability. 

     

  • Defines and own the adoption strategy book of work including building and managing the adoption roadmap for key channel capabilities including prioritization.

  • Partners with performance marketing and channel/product teams to plan and execute go-to-market motions that drive awareness, adoption, and scaled usage across lines of business and digital channels.

  • Identify, define, and prioritize high-impact use cases in partnership with performance marketing/lines of business, anchored to business goals and measurable value. 

  • Define success metrics, value hypotheses, and adoption pathways to guide delivery and scaling 

  • Create role-based enablement that makes capabilities easy to adopt and operationalize including documentation, playbooks, training, demos, FAQs, and implementation guides. 

  • Defines and maintains the measurement framework for adoption and outcomes (e.g., awareness → activation → usage depth → business impact) and produces ongoing reporting and insights. 

  • Facilitates the operating cadence across product, platform, marketing, and lines of business: intake and prioritization, launch readiness, adoption and value measurement, governance, and continuous improvement. Clarify intra-team roles and cross-functional handoffs to ensure capabilities move from delivery → adoption → scale → measurable value.

     

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.

  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.

  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.

  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies Is a fantastic partner who leads through strong collaboration and influence. 
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentations skills targeting various stakeholders and senior management.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, detail-oriented, and strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve project-related issues and follow through with set objectives.
  • Is data driven and analytical, while also being a creative thinker.

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.

  • Proficient knowledge of product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Financial services industry experience a plus.
  • Excels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills.
  • Develop strong partnerships; recognized as a team player.
  • Proven ability to take initiative, influence others, and achieve results and skilled and comfortable at working in a highly matrixed organization.
