This Vice President of Product Development and Innovation will be part of the DoorDash Co-Brand program. In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive plan for the DoorDash co-branded card program across three key areas:
It will require strong collaboration across different cross functional teams including the Co-Brand Product and Go-to-Market team, Tech, Operations, Finance, Controls, Legal, Compliance and the Partner (DoorDash). This role sits within the Partner Card organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group.

- Driving ideation and strategy for product launches or benefit refreshes
- Understanding the market landscape to identify opportunities to best differentiate our products from competitors
- Developing new capabilities to drive usability, engagement and cardmember satisfaction
It will require strong collaboration across different cross functional teams including the Co-Brand Product and Go-to-Market team, Tech, Operations, Finance, Controls, Legal, Compliance and the Partner (DoorDash). This role sits within the Partner Card organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group.
Job responsibilities
- Leverage consumer insights to drive new products and/or new product benefits, and messaging and positioning of new products or features
- Define go-to market strategy for new product or benefit launches
- Bring together key stakeholders to optimize benefits delivery and identify ways to amplify those efforts
- Develop a strong working relationship with DoorDash and achieve goal alignment
- Plan and deliver against financial, customer experience, operational and control goals
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's Degree required, MBA a plus
- 7+ years of marketing background with focus on product development, strategy and/or marketing research
- Ability to negotiate with external and internal constituents to drive consensus
- Strong time management and organizational skills, able to juggle multiple complex initiatives concurrently
- Strong control mindset and understanding of internal processes, procedures, and systems

- Think strategically with ability to identify business opportunities and manage to P&L objectives
- Communicate effectively and be able to influence decisions
- Be results-oriented with attention to detail and bias towards action
