Areas of Responsibility
- Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across risk-bearing entities (MSOs, ACOs, payers).
- Align marketing priorities with executive goals, product roadmaps, and go-to-market plans.
- Own and optimize marketing KPIs, budget, and ROI measurement.
- Develop comprehensive yearly marketing strategy, targeting conferences, webinars, while bringing together industry leaders to support thought leadership across value-based care.
- Develop a clear and differentiated brand narrative that reflects our expertise in risk adjustment, chart retrieval, and AI-driven value-based care.
- Position the company as a trusted thought leader with targeted messaging that resonates with healthcare finance, risk, and quality stakeholders.
- Oversee the development of high-impact content (e.g., white papers, webinars, case studies) that educates and converts healthcare decision-makers.
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, SEO, PPC, LinkedIn, webinars) to drive MQLs and sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success to gather insights from healthcare providers, payers, and population health teams.
- Translate market feedback into messaging, content, and campaign direction.
- Build, manage, and mentor a lean marketing team; hire key roles as the business scales.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, measurement, and iterative learning.
Ideal Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role within health tech, digital health, or healthcare SaaS.
- Experience leading product-led sales and marketing growth to enterprise sales efforts. Proven success marketing to risk-bearing organizations, including MSOs, ACOs, and payers, especially within Medicare Advantage and Medicaid.
- Deep understanding of risk adjustment, medical chart retrieval, HCC coding, quality measures, utilization management, and related regulatory frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to create high-converting content and campaigns targeting senior stakeholders in risk, finance, and clinical quality roles.
- Strong command of healthcare-specific buyer personas and go-to-market strategies in regulated, complex environments.
- Experience with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and performance analytics tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a bias toward clear, value-driven messaging.
- Comfortable operating in a resource-constrained startup environment: strategic when needed, hands-on when necessary.
- Bonus: Familiarity with payer-provider dynamics, AI/ML applications in healthcare, or revenue cycle optimization.

- This position is primarily remote, with some presence in our Denver, Colorado office necessary at times.
- The ability to work productively and without interruption or distraction during Mountain Time business hours is essential.
