We value in-person teamwork and believe the best ideas happen together. Our team is expected to be in the office five days a week in Palo Alto, CA, unless explicitly noted otherwise in the job description.

About the Role:

As the VP of International Markets, UAE, at Hippocratic AI, you will spearhead growth initiatives and cultivate strategic partnerships with leading healthcare organizations across the UAE region, shaping the region's adoption of our innovative solutions. Drawing upon your established network and deep understanding of healthcare industry opportunities, you will lead initiatives to establish Hippocratic AI as a trusted partner for healthcare partners, seeking innovative solutions to enhance value and improve outcomes. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI-driven healthcare within the Ministry of Health, public hospitals, and private healthcare institutions and make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive the adoption of Hippocratic AI solutions within the international healthcare sector.

  • Cultivate and expand relationships with key stakeholders, including MOH leaders, senior hospital executives, IT, physicians, and nurses, to identify partnership opportunities and drive the adoption of AI-driven solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor Hippocratic AI's offerings to meet the unique needs and challenges of the international healthcare sector, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives.

  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with client partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support long-term partnerships and drive value for both parties.

  • Stay informed about international healthcare trends, regulations, and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Represent Hippocratic AI at international healthcare conferences, meetings, and events, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for our company and products.

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, healthcare, or related field.

  • Must be currently residing in the Middle East to engage with regional markets, stakeholders, and opportunities effectively.

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the international healthcare sector, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and forging key relationships.

  • Established network and relationships within the international healthcare sector, including with executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.

  • Deep understanding of pharma industry trends, regulations, and initiatives.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence decision-making within government organizations.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute complex business development initiatives, driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic pharma industry.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • MBA or advanced degree.
