Job Description:

About Us

Uniphore is an AI-native enterprise company driving transformation at global scale. We partner with leading enterprises and service providers to deliver intelligent, data-driven solutions that reshape how work gets done. With a growing ecosystem of GSIs (Global System Integrators) and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) providers, we accelerate adoption of our platform while enabling customers to achieve measurable business outcomes.

We’re looking for a VP, GSI Partnerships who closes. This is a player-coach alliance role at a Series F company with a proven GSI playbook, named accounts, and active strategic partnerships already generating significant revenue. Your mandate: scale that motion to the next tier of GSIs while personally closing multi-million dollar joint deals.

This is not a greenfield build. The playbook works and the deals exist. We need a hunter-builder who can step into a high-velocity motion, run it at the deal level, and scale the structure underneath it as the program grows.

You’ll own a personal closed-won number alongside a team quota exceeding $5M, leading a small team (2+) as a true player-coach. This is a top-priority function for Uniphore’s growth, with direct visibility to and active engagement from our CEO.

What You’ll Do
  • Personally close joint pursuits with Tier 1 GSIs (Accenture, Deloitte, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, EY, KPMG, Cognizant) — deal strategy through signature
  • Expand existing GSI partnerships and activate the next tier, driving sourced and influenced pipeline
  • Build CXO-level GSI relationships that convert to pipeline within two quarters
  • Develop joint business plans and solution accelerators that are deal-anchored, not slideware — extending active vertical motions in FSI, insurance, healthcare, and life sciences
  • Scale the playbook to support an expanding partner portfolio — extending what works, building what’s missing
  • Align tightly with Uniphore field sales as a force multiplier on the regional number
  • Lead and mentor a team of 2+ as a player-coach against a $5M+ team quota
  • Own forecasting discipline — QBRs, pipeline reviews, partner scorecards, accurate CRM hygiene
What We’re Looking For
  • 10+ years in strategic alliances, partner sales, or GSI relationship management within enterprise software, SaaS, or AI/data platforms
  • 5+ years selling to or through Tier 1 GSIs (Accenture, Deloitte, McKinsey, TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, EY, KPMG, IBM Consulting, Wipro, HCL, Cognizant, LTIMindtree)
  • Proven AI and/or data platform sales background — this is a hard filter
  • Personal closing track record on GSI-sourced deals at $1M+ ACV — as the deal owner, with named deals you can speak to
  • Experience scaling a GSI program at a growth-stage company (Series C–F or equivalent) — taking a working motion to the next level of partners, revenue, and team
  • Hunter temperament with builder capability — closers from mature inherited programs and program builders without a closing record are not a fit
  • Dual-mode credibility — equally effective in a GSI alliance boardroom and alongside the GSI on Fortune 500 CXO pursuits
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Hiring Range: $425,600 - $500,200 OTE (50% base salary / 50% variable compensation). Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.

Benefits:

In addition to competitive base pay, this position also includes an annual incentive opportunity based on target achievement,  pre-IPO stock options, benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with a match, and more, plus generous paid time off, paid holidays, paid day off for your birthday and other paid leave policies to support employees through all phases of life.

Location preference:

USA - CA - Palo Alto, USA - NY - New York
