  • Serve as the primary executive liaison between GSIs and internal leadership, ensuring transparent communication and governance.

Program Leadership & Execution

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partner framework, guiding the lifecycle of partnership initiatives from ideation to execution.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs), annual performance assessments, and strategic planning sessions to optimize partnership performance.

Team & Ecosystem Development

  • Mentor and lead a high-performing team responsible for executing global partner strategies and GTM initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Partner Program team to establish a competencies framework that drives long-term partner success.

  • Work closely with the Chief of Staff and Executive Leadership Team to provide regular progress updates and strategic insights.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Partner with Corporate Development to incubate new technology solutions and assess market readiness.
  • Engage in extensive global travel (up to 50%) to strengthen partnerships, evaluate GTM alignment, and drive execution.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and strategic discussions with GSIs and other key partners to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Manage senior leadership sponsorships and participate in executive-level discussions to secure commitment and resources for partner initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in partner management, global business development, or GTM strategy within a technology-driven enterprise.
  • Proven success in developing and executing GTM strategies with Tier 1 GSIs.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, enterprise software, and cloud ecosystems.
  • Exceptional executive presence, negotiation skills, and relationship management expertise.
  • Ability to thrive in highly complex, fast-paced global environments with a strong results-driven mindset.

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
