Job Description
The Chase Rewards Team delivers loyalty user experiences that allow customers to redeem their Ultimate Rewards points. The Rewards Redeem General Management (GM) and Rewards Engagement team is comprised of several redemption option verticals including Gift Card, Point Transfer, Pay with Points, and Pay Yourself Back. The team is responsible for the overall program management of Rewards Programs available to card customers through Ultimate Rewards (UR).

Job responsibilities
- Manage multiple key high-profile partnerships within the Ultimate Rewards eco-system.
- Grow awareness, engagement and value for customers redeeming their points for purchases.
- Establish the strategic direction of programs by actively assessing performance results, customer behaviors, trends, competition and areas of opportunity. Work hand-in-hand with Data and Analytics.
- Effectively manage and navigate multiple complex initiatives and deliverables in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities. Maintain a proper controls environment and mitigate risks.
- Manage contractual obligations of Rewards programs, and partner with Corporate Development, Legal and Finance to ensure business stability, compliance and growth.
- Facilitate product enhancements to drive operational efficiencies and deliver a better customer experience by partnering with product and technology teams.
- Comfortably manage conversations and initiatives with product managers and architects - communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and define plans to implement efficiencies.
- Play a key role in the Ultimate Rewards cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and drive solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 7+ years of professional experience in program and/or product management, strategy, and marketing.
- You must have previous partnership management experience.
- Bachelor's degree and/or MBA, with a strong interest in strategy.
- Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects and competing priorities.
- Proven ability to make data-driven decisions, understanding and communication performance and financial data to executive audiences.
- Proven experience in working across departments and lines of business within large organizations.
- Outstanding relationship management skills with ability to thrive in a highly matrixed company structure.
