Prenuvo is seeking an exceptional VP, FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) to lead our FP&A team, driving financial excellence, strategy and business insights across the Company as we continue our growth journey. The role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and will interact daily with Executives across the Company. The ideal candidate should have a wealth of experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance, is highly organized, technical and flexible, has strong prioritization skills and a desire to develop and mentor others.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and oversee financial strategic planning and budgeting process, long-range financial plans, monthly / quarterly reforecasts and ongoing business partnership and analytics.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators with operational teams to enhance data interpretation, highlight critical trends, and develop associated action plans.
  • Partner with Accounting and functional leads to develop & execute standardized financial reporting and support continuous enhancement of the monthly reporting and close processes.
  • Lead a team that works cross functionally to evaluate strategic initiatives and associated financial impacts and enables smart strategic decision making.
  • Evaluate potential investments, business models and strategic initiatives, with a focus on rigorous financial modeling and recommendations.
  • Prepare clear financial reports and present them effectively to the executive team and Board of Directors.
  • Identify and implement process improvements within the FP&A function to drive efficiency, with a focus on automation.
  • Build and manage a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Proven experience as a senior finance leader within a high-growth company.
  • Deep understanding of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling techniques.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and influence business strategy.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills required; ability to effectively communicate with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and a rapidly changing environment.
  • Proficiency in financial systems

  • The base salary for this role ranges from $275,000-$303,000 in local currency, depending upon experience
