As VP of Finance, you’ll be a key member of the team and a true strategic partner to the CFO, executive leadership, and board. You’ll lead our financial planning, reporting, and operational finance functions during a dynamic phase of transformation and scale. This is a high-visibility opportunity to shape the future of a fast-moving, private equity-backed, rapidly scaling SaaS fintech company transforming the future of wealth, investment, and financial management. This role will by hybrid based out Wakefield or Kendall Square in Cambridge.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CFO and executive team, offering actionable insights that drive smarter, faster decisions.
- Lead company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning efforts in alignment with strategic priorities.
- Create compelling board-ready reports, financial narratives, and investor materials for key stakeholders.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to track performance, identify trends, and optimize operations across departments.
- Support emerging business units and new growth initiatives through rigorous financial planning and analysis.
- Collaborate with Strategy and Corporate Development on M&A, partnerships, and build-buy evaluations.
- Drive financial visibility and discipline across the organization through scalable processes and robust analytics.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team with a strong culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
- Partner cross-functionally with teams across Product, Sales, and Operations to ensure alignment between financial goals and business execution.
What You Bring
- 12+ years of progressive finance experience with at least 5+ years in management roles.
- A strong foundation in FP&A, budgeting, and strategic finance within SaaS and/or fintech companies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and scenario planning.
- Fluency in financial systems (Workday Adaptive Planning or similar tools is a plus).
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, enterprise sales models, and subscription-based revenue.
- Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, high-growth environments while staying laser-focused on execution.
- Clear, concise communicator with the ability to tailor messaging for C-suite, board, and investors.
- A hands-on leader who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels—and knows when each is required.
