We're a leading, global security authority that's disrupting our own category.  Our encryption is trusted by the major ecommerce brands, the world's largest companies, the major cloud providers, entire country financial systems, entire internets of things and even down to the little things like surgically embedded pacemakers.  We help companies put trust - an abstract idea - to work. That's digital trust for the real world.

Job summary

DigiCert is seeking a visionary and data-driven marketing leader to serve as our Vice President of Demand Generation & Operations. In this high-impact role, you will drive the strategy, execution, and optimization of our global demand generation programs, SDR operations, and marketing infrastructure to accelerate pipeline growth and revenue performance.

You will lead a talented team of demand generation marketers, sales development representatives (SDRs), and marketing operations professionals—uniting campaign strategy, systems, and analytics to deliver measurable results. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution and is ideal for a player-coach with deep B2B experience and a passion for performance marketing.

If you excel at building high-converting funnels, operationalizing marketing for scale, and collaborating across sales and marketing teams, we want to hear from you.

What you will do

Demand Generation & Digital Strategy
  • Define and lead a global demand generation strategy aligned with product, regional, and solution marketing to drive high-quality pipeline.
  • Oversee integrated campaign planning and execution across digital channels (e.g., paid media, SEO/SEM, email, webinars, content syndication).
  • Measure and optimize campaign performance based on ROI, pipeline impact, and business objectives.
  • SDR Strategy & Pipeline Acceleration
  • Collaborate with sales and SDR leadership to ensure seamless lead qualification, routing, and follow-up processes.
  • Implement SDR programs, metrics, and enablement to improve conversion rates and maximize engagement.
  • Use SDR feedback and performance data to continuously refine campaign targeting and messaging.
Marketing Operations & Infrastructure
  • Lead the marketing operations function to support scalable campaign execution, lead management, reporting, and database hygiene.
  • Align closely with sales and revenue operations to ensure accurate pipeline tracking, lead handoff, and consistent KPIs.
  • Build marketing dashboards, attribution models, and performance insights that drive continuous improvement.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team across demand generation, SDR, and marketing operations.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and results ownership.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align marketing strategy with company growth goals and go-to-market priorities.

What you will have

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing, with 5+ years in leadership roles focused on demand generation and marketing operations.
  • Demonstrated success building scalable marketing engines that drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign measurement, pipeline analysis, and ROI modeling.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator with a track record of aligning marketing and sales teams.
  • Experience in SaaS or cybersecurity markets preferred.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary, bonus, and equity
  • Generous time off policies
  • Education, wellness, and lifestyle support
