Events & Field Activation

  • Lead strategy and coordination of webinars, virtual programs, partner initiatives, sponsorships, and selective in-person events aligned to distribution priorities.
  • Integrate events and sponsorships into broader campaign strategies, including pre-event targeting and post-event follow-up.
  • Ensure presentation materials, event collateral, and communications directly support pipeline development and client engagement.

Lifecycle Communications & Collateral

  • Define required communications and materials across the prospect-to-client lifecycle.
  • Ensure client-facing teams are equipped with accurate, current collateral to support prospecting, onboarding, and ongoing engagement.

  • Over time, build and lead a Client Marketing team for Global Private Wealth.
  • Partner closely with international and corporate marketing teams to deliver consistent execution across regions while respecting local requirements.
  • Set standards for campaign execution, event / sponsorship coordination, and lifecycle collateral globally.

  • Proven track record leading wealth-focused campaigns, events / sponsorships, and sales-support collateral.
  • Strong digital marketing fluency and experience delivering multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experience partnering closely with IR, commercial, or distribution leadership.
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to operate effectively across regions and time zones.
