As the Vice President of Business Development you will be responsible for the growth of companies internal and external client base. VWT by Chase Travelis seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our high touch leisure travel business within strategic divisions of the firm including the Private Bank, JPMA, Financial Center locations and others. Reporting directly to the President of VWT by Chase Travel, as the Business Development Manager will play a key role in developing strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and assisting with the strategy to expand the firms personalized luxury travel planning operating model.

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with the President to develop and implement business development strategies and execute against tactics to further scale VWT's highly personalized leisure planning service
- Coordinates stakeholders for VWT scale projects towards key milestones
- Conducts thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Establishes and maintains strong relationships with key firm stakeholders, including division leads and regional heads within our strategic partners divisions
- Develops and executes sales strategies both nationally and within key regions to achieve revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Works closely with the marketing & PR team to enhance brand visibility and promote Chase Travel Group's offerings throughinternal channels
- Represents VWT byChase Travel atindustry events, conferences, and trade shows to build networks and promote the brand.
- Works with supplier partners in coordination with the supplier relations group, client engagement and operations teams to identify collaboration opportunities to drive new business or enhanced experiences for clients.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in leading business development.
- Demonstrated experience in launching new services that successfully attracted customers, resulting in increased revenue or market share.
- Proven ability to form strategic partnerships with other companies or business lines to enhance business opportunities.
- Strong background in leading multiple stakeholders towards achieving common goals.
- Established track record of working effectively with high-profile clients and executives.
- Experience in working collaboratively with various departments, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to achieve business objectives.
- A genuine passion for travel and a commitment to delivering an elevated, highly personalized customer service experience.
- Proven ability to nurture and grow relationships over time.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Preference for candidates with a background in the travel industry or related hospitality sectors, though not mandatory.
