Leading teams in both Europe and North America, this is a remote role but you should be based on the US East Coast. Proximity to our US corporate HQ in Boston MA is highly advantageous.

The value you add
- Leading our BioPharma Business Development teams, responsible for Global Diagnostic Solutions.
- Drive strategies that enable the sale and adoption of our diagnostic solutions, including the SOPHiA DDM Platform, NGS Solutions, Trial Match, Companion Diagnostics and sponsored testing
- Partner internally with stakeholders including Product, Marketing, Medical and Clinical Sales to identify new market expansion, product opportunities and cross-functional collaboration agendas.
- Translate organisational goals and objectives into operational execution and deliverables
Requirements
To be successful in this role, we see you bringing:
- 10+ Years of consultative sales experience, with direct experience leading teams within sales or business development
- This role supports our BioPharma Business unit (not to be confused with our clinical applications), so you must bring consultative sales experience providing solutions to customers specifically within BioPharma.
- To be suitable, you must bring knowledge of selling products, services or solutions directly linked Genomic Diagnostics or the NGS Workflow.
- Experience of working internationally, with knowledge of customer markets across both North American and Europe highly beneficial.
