We are working to launch 1,000 next-generation venture capital firms by 2025, changing the face of venture capital. We run VC Lab, the leading venture capital accelerator worldwide and operate the Decile Hub platform, reducing the barriers of entry for next generation investors to launch and grow meaningful early-stage investment firms.

We're seeking an exceptional writer with venture capital expertise to craft compelling content that educates and inspires our global audience of emerging fund managers. You'll collaborate with our leadership team to transform our deep industry knowledge and proprietary data into high-impact written content that establishes Decile Group as the definitive thought leader in venture capital education for general and limited partners.

This is a writing-intensive role requiring both technical understanding of venture capital mechanics and the ability to communicate complex concepts with clarity and authority.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Create thought leadership articles leveraging our team's expertise in launching venture funds
  • Develop data-driven reports analyzing venture capital trends and insights
  • Craft specialized content for fund managers and limited partners
  • Write compelling SEO-optimized articles to establish our digital authority
  • Repurpose content from events and webinars into written assets
  • Analyze content performance to refine our editorial strategy

What You Have:

  • Proven track record of publishing exceptional written content (3-5+ years)
  • Demonstrated experience writing about venture capital, investing, or finance
  • Portfolio of published articles related to financial markets or startup ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of venture capital mechanics and terminology
  • SEO writing expertise with ability to rank for competitive terms
  • Superior editing skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strategic approach to content development and distribution
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing startup
