At Alconost we localize apps, games, websites, and software into 120+ languages, produce videos, and run multilingual advertising campaigns. With 1500+ localization projects under our belt, we’ve partnered with companies like TikTok, JetBrains, GitHub, Jooble, and even Harvard University.

Now we’re looking for a Vendor Manager to join our team and build long-lasting relationships with our global network of professional linguists.

👀 Who We’re Looking For

You’re passionate about languages and enjoy working in an international environment.
You know how to communicate clearly and professionally in English, and you’re ready to collaborate with people from around the world.
You’re organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
You’re curious about IT and games, and you enjoy learning new things.

We’d love to meet you if you have:

  • Good command of English and experience with business correspondence
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Interest in foreign languages and cross-cultural communication
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once

✨ Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of a second (or third!) foreign language
  • Background in translation or localization
  • Experience in international conferences, exchange programs, or multicultural teams

⚙️ What You’ll Do

  • Update and maintain vendor databases
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with linguists
  • Oversee rate cards and project budgets
  • Assist in onboarding new linguists
  • Monitor performance and ensure quality standards are met
  • Align vendor resources with project and business needs
  • Track and analyze vendor performance and quality metrics
