Job Description SummaryAs the Variable Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for activities and processes that help the VC team achieve business objectives. Job DescriptionResponsibilities
  • Individuals providing delivery and expertise in compensation, including sales/non-sales variable compensation, as well as their corresponding compliance requirements, systems and tools.

  • Requires commercial awareness and customer service orientation in researching and addressing field questions regarding how their VC operates.

  • Utilizes in-depth knowledge of own and others sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups and uses analytical thinking and commercial experience to execute policy/strategy.

  • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market

  • Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems with projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers. Ability to prioritize information for decision making. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and two years Variable Compensation Administration Experience OR High School Diploma and 5 years Variable Compensation Administration Experience

  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $91,600.00-$137,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
