This is a remote position.

Vacation Specialists will be responsible for assisting in planning of all client’s vacation travel needs. We are looking for professional applicants who are well-organized and detail oriented.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Research all aspects of the destination needs.

·         Prepare and present vacation itineraries.

·         Make reservations for car rentals, flights, hotels, etc.

·         Respond to all inquiries promptly.

·         Document all of our clients need properly to ensure request and needs are met.

·         Follow all company procedures and policies.

·         Follow up with all clients with any and all additional needs.




Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

·         Must have a phone (laptop also preferred, but not required)

·         Must have good internet connection.

·         Must be able to handle working under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.

·         Ability to plan and manage client’s needs with little to no supervision.
