Our product team is looking for an experienced UX Researcher to help us better understand our users and improve the product based on data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct qualitative user research (interviews, usability testing, etc.).
- Identify problems, formulate and test hypotheses, and provide actionable product improvement recommendations.
- Analyse competitors and user experiences.
- Visualise research findings (presentations, reports, CJMs, etc.).
- Collaborate with product managers and designers.
- 2+ years of experience in UX research (B2C).
- Strong knowledge of qualitative research methods.
- Ability to lead research from goal setting to results presentation.
- Excellent communication and self-management skills.
Would be a plus:
- Experience with quantitative research.
- UX portfolio with case studies.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
