We are seeking a passionate, user-centered, and visionary UX Lead to drive the end-to-end design of our digital products and platforms. As a key leader in our experience design team, you will champion UX strategy, mentor a team of designers, and work cross-functionally to create intuitive, elegant, and scalable solutions for millions of users.

In this role, you’ll serve as a bridge between design, product, and engineering—ensuring that business goals and user needs translate into meaningful, data-driven, and engaging digital experiences. You’ll have the opportunity to impact global initiatives and shape the future of customer interaction at an enterprise scale.

Key Responsibilities User Experience Strategy

Define and drive UX vision and strategy aligned with product and business objectives

Translate customer insights, user research, and analytics into experience frameworks and design patterns

Advocate for UX best practices and the value of user-centered design across the organization

Project Leadership

Own the end-to-end UX lifecycle—from discovery and ideation to prototyping, user testing, and final execution

Guide cross-functional teams in applying human-centered design methods to solve complex problems

Lead UX workstreams across multiple products, ensuring consistency, usability, and accessibility

Team Mentorship & Collaboration

Lead, mentor, and coach UX designers, researchers, and interaction designers to elevate design quality and career growth

Partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, visual designers, and content strategists

Foster a culture of design excellence, inclusivity, feedback, and innovation

Research & Insights

Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions

Commission and conduct usability studies, ethnographic research, and A/B testing

Advocate for continuous discovery to evolve product experiences based on real-world usage

Qualifications Experience & Education

7+ years of UX design experience with at least 2+ years in a leadership role

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Psychology, or related field

Strong portfolio showcasing complex design systems, enterprise applications, and measurable UX impact

Skills & Tools

Deep knowledge of UX principles, service design, information architecture, and interaction design

Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision)

Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and collaborating with technical stakeholders

Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus

Strong communication and storytelling skills to influence and drive decisions at all levels

What Success Looks Like

Delivering consistent, accessible, and elegant user experiences across digital platforms

Improving key UX metrics (task completion, NPS, engagement, etc.) through research-driven design

Establishing a high-functioning design culture that balances speed, quality, and innovation

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 46,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 163,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
This position is available for independent contractors
