We're looking for a UX Designer who can own meaningful pieces of design work, collaborate cross-functionally, and help shape user-centered solutions across our applications.
In this role, you'll work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers to take problems from discovery through delivery. You'll also contribute to exploratory and forward-looking design work, helping identify future opportunities and unmet user needs. You'll balance thoughtful UX with real-world constraints to ensure our products are intuitive, scalable, and grounded in user needs.

What you will be doing in this role:
- Design end-to-end user experiences, from early concepts and flows through high-fidelity designs and prototypes
- Independently own design work for features or workflows within larger product initiatives
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define problems, explore solutions, and deliver high-quality experiences
- Apply and contribute to an established design system to maintain consistency and usability
- Participate in and support user research activities such as interviews, field observations, usability testing, and synthesis
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions and iteration
- Clearly communicate design rationale and tradeoffs to stakeholders
- Support product launches and iterate based on feedback and data
What you should bring to this role:
- 3+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, or Interaction Design
- Bachelor's Degree in UX, HCI, Design, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices
- Experience designing flows and systems, not just individual screens
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- Strong communication skills and comfort presenting design work
- A portfolio demonstrating user-centered thinking, problem-solving, and impact
Additional Skills:
- Experience with conversational UI (chatbots, voice interfaces, or AI-driven interactions)
- Familiarity with Pendo or similar tools for product analytics, in-app guidance, or NPS collection
- Experience using Crowdin or other translation management systems (TMS) for localization
- Experience with Adobe After Effects for micro-animations and creating Lottie animations
- Exposure to designing for global or multilingual users
- Experience working in Agile product teams using Jira and Confluence
- Willingness to travel occasionally for UX research, on-site discovery, observations, and interviews
- Experience or interest in AI-enhanced, automotive, robotics, or operational software
