Responsibilities:
- Write, design, support, test, and improve in-product content that makes Cloudflare products easier to use.
- Give and solicit feedback from Product Managers, Product Design, Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the best in-product content experience.
- Advocate for customers and their user experience by validating user behavior with research.
- Develop in-product content strategies, information architectures, and style guidelines.
- Collaborate daily with peers cross-functionally, contributing to the clarity and usability of the product experience.
- Evaluate and implement industry standards in content design.
- Work independently and manage multiple, simultaneous projects.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- 3 - 5 years experience with content strategy, content design, UX writing, or similar experience.
- Experience creating style, voice, and tone guidelines.
- Interest and comfort with technical subject matter.
- Familiarity with Figma, Miro, or other visual collaboration software.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field with UX-intensive experience and/or a technology emphasis
- Familiarity with Python, Mercurial, or other modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Knowledge of web servers, networking, HTTP, DNS and command line tools on Linux, Windows and Mac.
- Experience with multimedia and graphic design.
