Manage and scale Meta Ads campaigns, focusing on performance, experimentation, and automation. Responsible for budget management, campaign optimization, and driving growth.
StellarTech is looking for a UA Manager (Meta Ads) to fully own and scale our Meta as a core acquisition channel.
This is a hands-on performance role with real ownership. You will personally manage campaigns while working on top of our automation systems and continuously improving scale and efficiency.
You won’t just optimize ads - you’ll help evolve how UA works at scale inside the company.

What You'll Do:
- Own and scale Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end
- Manage and grow large monthly budgets with ROAS / LTV focus
- Launch, test, and scale campaign structures and strategies
- Work hands-on inside ad accounts
- Operate on top of and help evolve our UA automation algorithm
- Design and execute testing frameworks
- Drive creative and funnel experiments with product and creative teams
- Identify scalable growth levers
- Maintain campaign logic and process documentation
In Your First 3 Months, You Will:
- Take full hands-on ownership of Meta Ads performance
- Become fluent in our funnels, metrics, and automation logic
- Independently manage and optimize campaigns
- Identify key growth and scaling opportunities
- Contribute improvement ideas to automation and structure
- Deliver controlled performance scale
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads
- Experience managing significant paid social budgets
- Experience with subscription or B2C digital products
- Strong analytical and experimentation mindset
- Funnel understanding (web2web, web2app, or app)
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- English B1+

- Experience with automation / rules / scripts
- Mobile Measurement & Attribution knowledge
