This role will specifically lead early launch activities, ensuring launches are supported by robust supply, quality, regulatory, and flow‑of‑goods strategies. You will partner closely with Asset Leaders and senior functional stakeholders to align commercial ambition, supply feasibility, and financial outcomes. • Deliver executive‑ready insights on launch readiness, risks, and milestones.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of launch excellence tools, playbooks, and KPIs.

Who You Are

You are a strategic launch leader with deep experience navigating complex, regulated global environments. • Financial and enterprise‑level risk assessment acumen.

  • Experience with complex or constrained supply launches

  • Executive communication and decision enablement with ability to influence without direct authority.

  • Strong cross‑functional and matrix leadership skills.
