Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Class B CDL Driver to join our Secure Shredding team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing reliable and essential customer service by safely operating a commercial vehicle to service, secure, and transport sensitive documents on a consistent, assigned route in the Seattle/Kent area.

What You’ll Do In this role, you will:

• Execute and manage daily routes to ensure the timely and secure collection of documents from up to 30 customer stops, using a handheld scanner for accurate route and inventory tracking.

• Maintain exceptional customer relationships by serving an established route of clients like hospitals and banks, often working with the same customers to build trust and service consistency.

• Uphold the highest safety and security standards by strictly following all internal procedures and local regulations, including physically loading, offloading, and transporting sensitive materials in a professional manner.

What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate will have:

• A valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL), and be at least 21 years of age (Class A CDL holders are also welcome).

• At least one year of professional route driving experience, with the confidence to navigate busy city environments like downtown Seattle.

• Proven ability and willingness to perform significant physical labor, including pushing, pulling, squatting, and walking while frequently handling containers weighing between 65–250 lbs.

• A strong work ethic, high reliability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude to thrive in a hands-on service environment.

• Salary details: Competitive pay between $26.25-29.54-hour depending on experience.

  Shifts: Consistent Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM start time.
