We are seeking a University Recruiter to join our university recruitment team and help drive IMC's graduate and intern talent acquisition strategy. In this role, you will play a critical role in attracting and engaging top-tier talent, supporting IMC's continued growth, and sustaining our competitive edge in the fast-paced trading industry. By partnering with university stakeholders, hiring managers, and internal teams, you will execute initiatives to identify, inspire, and recruit exceptional students across trading, quantitative research, and technology, ensuring alignment with IMC's vision and values.

Your Core Responsibilities:
- Create a talent acquisition strategy to attract highly qualified talent.
- Develop a deep understanding of IMC's culture, strategic direction, and competitors to build recruitment strategies for graduate and intern roles.
- Conduct structured recruiter screens to identify and shortlist top talent, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for further stages in the hiring process.
- Work cross-functionally to execute university programs, including early identification events and summer internships.
- Represent the IMC brand externally to top university talent and share our unique opportunities and company culture.
- Use standard and creative outlets to source candidates and build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Stay "ahead of the curve" on emerging trends and the latest creative recruiting channels, particularly among IMC's competitors for talent in trading, research, and technology.
- Maintain data integrity practices and provide data-driven insights to elevate and improve the recruiting process.
Your Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within university recruiting.
- Experience with high-caliber talent in a fast-paced, competitive job market.
- Proven ability to implement sourcing strategies that build a pipeline of strong talent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with a team and business stakeholders.
- Experience leveraging recruiting metrics to diagnose challenges, deliver insights, and guide decision-making.
- Flexible team player with a growth mindset who can reprioritize and pivot tasks in dynamic environments.
- Ability to travel as required for campus events.
