The Unit Manager - Audit will assist in third-party assessments related to DORA, focusing on documentation collection, review, and compliance support in IT audit.

Basic Function:
Require an IT Audit Analyst to assist our team with third-party assessments related to the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). This role is ideal for an individual with foundational IT audit experience who is looking to specialize in regulatory compliance support. You will primarily focus on gathering and organizing information to help us ensure our third-party service providers meet DORA requirements
Essential Functions:
* Information Collection: Gather documentation and evidence from third-party service providers relevant to DORA compliance.
* Documentation Review: Review provided policies, procedures, and reports for completeness and initial alignment with DORA principles.
* Data Entry & Tracking: Maintain accurate records of third-party submissions and audit progress.
* Basic Analysis Support: Assist in identifying basic gaps or missing information under the guidance of senior team members.
* Communication Support: Support communication with third parties for follow-ups on documentation requests.
Skills:
* IT Experience: Around 4 years of experience in IT, IT support, IT operations, or a role involving IT documentation review or or third-party IT assessments (SOC 2 Reviews, ISO reviews)
* Exposure to Controls: Basic understanding of IT controls concepts (e.g., access control, backup).
* Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills.
* Software Proficiency: Proficient in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Education Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Computer Science, Business).
Work Experience Requirements:
4 years of experience in IT, IT support, IT operations, or a role involving IT documentation review.
