This position serves as a key contributor to both the Operations and Underwriting teams, providing flexible support across underwriting and operational functions as business needs require.

Your Impact:

  • Maintain accurate underwriting documentation in account management systems and ensure compliance with documentation standards.

  • Support the submission process by entering and managing data within our systems.

  • Execute underwriting strategies in alignment with business unit and company objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and internal stakeholders through consistent, high quality service.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support special projects as assigned.

  • Participate in underwriting meetings and ongoing training to develop expertise in underwriting systems and the reinsurance marketplace.

Successful Candidates Will Have:

  • Prior experience as an underwriting assistant preferred with general knowledge of insurance concepts

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Visio a plus.

  • Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset and legal authorization to work in the United States.

Pay Range:

$75,000 - $75,000 Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for this role.
