Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities
  • Definition of the commercial, marketing and communication strategy of Ultrasound Sales business in Spain

  • Leads a team of ultrasound commercial specialists oriented to protect the current business sales and  and growth the business.

  • Developing specialized knowledge of latest commercial developments in own area and communication skills to influence others. Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.

  • Is part of the big strategic projects and builds strategy and approach with executive account managers peers.

  • Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market. Has in depth knowledge of the public tender processes.

  • Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Maximizes the equipment sales portfolio activating all channels for sale: Account managers, modality, service managers, field engineers, virtual sales, …

  • Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.

  • Acts as a reference for colleagues with less experience. Developing persuasion  and negotiating skills required to influence others on topics within field.

  • Business Intelligence: Assessments, providing data and Market guidelines for new and actual market opportunities.

  • Report quarter estimates and capacity to analyze KPI performance. Anticipates results projection over the year/s to decide on best strategy before a KPI is impacted or drops

  • Build the business intelligence necessary to the right positioning of the company

  • Design the strategy, and action plan to win the growth targeted for this segment

  • Define price strategies and discount polices

  • Takes always in mind that growth must be sustainable, doing margin analysis to drive informed decisions and decide where to focus efforts.

  • Design and implement proactive campaigns to  growth

Required Qualifications
  • Experience and/or education in healthcare sector (business, engineer…)

  • Commercial and project management experience

  • Executive presence and strong interpersonal / communication skills

  • Data management proficiency

  • Experience managing commercial teams

  • Capacity to build strong trustful relations at all levels within the organization

  • Ability to integrate insights across technology and clinical applications, with a keen understanding of industry trends and market demands

  • Capacity to build strong trustful relations

  • Spanish and English required
