Define and execute the STAR app vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives and user needs.
Collaborate with Service, Marketing and Sales to deliver innovative, engagement-driven solutions.
Launch and scale Expert Live Support (ELS) across international regions.
Monitor market trends and evolving customer content needs to maintain competitive advantage.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable product requirements and oversee delivery.
Manage app initiatives, including content, feature development, and third-party partnerships.
Ensure app stability, security, compliance, and adherence to Android/iOS guidelines.
Plan releases, prioritize backlogs, and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
Set and track performance metrics for app and ELS; analyze feedback for improvements.
Optimize engagement, retention, and user satisfaction through targeted strategies.
Provide quarterly reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
Integrate the app with other business solutions for a seamless digital experience.
Monitor regional adoption metrics and drive growth.
Maintain regular communication with regional managers and field/application engineers.
Include Star in onboarding for new application and field engineers.
Partner with Lifecycle Marketing Leader to co-create activation strategies.
Provide regional teams with impactful marketing materials for campaigns.
Support internal and customer-facing initiatives to enhance the customer journey.
Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all touchpoints.
Proven experience in digital project and product management, ideally with a focus on mobile app development.
Strong organizational skills and ability to lead projects and teams effectively.
Forward-thinking approach with a passion for education and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Proficiency in analyzing data and performance metrics to inform strategy and optimization.
Ability to collaborate across international, multi-segment environments and manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field is a plus.
