Create a short UGC-style video for Expressable, focusing on a warm, honest recommendation format without personal testimonials. Deliver 1 video within 7-10 days.

We're Matchnode, a performance creative agency, and we're looking for parent UGC creators to film a short video for a paid campaign for Expressable — a national pediatric speech therapy platform.
So many parents have a quiet feeling that something is off with their child's speech, and keep getting told the same thing. Wait and see. He's a boy, boys talk late. She'll catch up. The parents who do try to act often hit 3-to-6-month waitlists at traditional clinics, school-hour-only appointments, and a 45-minute drive each way. Most just give up. Expressable exists for those parents — licensed speech therapists, online from home, no waitlist, covered by most insurance, with the parent coached on what to do between sessions so progress happens every day, not just one hour a week.

The content we're looking for feels like a mom catching up with a friend at school pickup — warm, honest, like she's recommending something she came across. Not an ad.

  • What you'll do Film one short UGC-style video based on a creative brief we provide. You'll choose one of four scripts we've written — whichever feels most natural for you to deliver. Full script approval before you film.

  • Important: this is a discovery / recommendation-style read, not a personal testimonial. You won't be asked to speak as an Expressable customer or claim that you or your child have used the service.

  • Deliverables: 1 video · ~30 seconds · vertical 9:16 MOV · 1080p minimum · delivered via the Matchnode UGC Creators portal

  • Compensation & terms $200 per video · Net 30 after final approval · 90-day usage rights · 60-day posting embargo · 2 revision rounds included

  • Who we're looking for Parent creators — moms especially — who make family, parenting, or lifestyle content. Comfortable on camera, conversational, not scripted. Personal experience navigating speech or developmental concerns with your own child is a plus, but not required. US-based. No minimum follower count.

How it works

  1. Apply with a portfolio or content samples

  2. We'll send the full creative brief if you're a fit

  3. Pick your script and get approval before you film

  4. Deliver within 7–10 days of brief delivery

  5. Get paid within 30 days of final approval

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
