Join our growing Benefits team as a U.S. Health and Insurance Delivery Vice President!
As the U.S. Health and Insurance Benefits Delivery Vice President within our growing Benefits team, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of our health and insurance eligibility and enrollment processes, acting as the primary liaison with vendors, system owners, and cross-functional partners. You will promote continuous improvements in quality controls, employee communications, and reporting, while executing system enhancements for both ongoing and annual enrollment cycles. In this hands-on role, you'll supervise a small, high-performing team and elevate complex issues to the Executive Director as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage daily vendor relationships, SLA tracking, and issue resolution.
• Configure and test system changes for open and annual enrollment, lead User Acceptance Testing.
• Coordinate cross-functional tasks with U.S. Benefits, Technology, Employee Experience, and HR teams to
maintain a seamless enrollment journey.
• Maintain and strengthen the controls framework, own procedure documentation and remediation.
• Review and approve participant-facing communications for clarity and compliance.
• Develop and run ad hoc queries and standard reports to inform decision-making and support strategic initiatives.
• Monitor federal, state, and local regulatory updates; ensure timely policy and process adjustments.
• Lead special projects and process-improvement initiatives under the guidance of the Executive Director.
• Coach and develop a team of ~3 analysts, foster collaboration and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications, capabilities, and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in corporate benefits delivery or consulting, with a focus on health and
insurance enrollment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, multi-task, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset, quality-assurance orientation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and benefits-related technology platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a customer-centric approach.
• Deep understanding of benefit plan rules, eligibility workflows, and vendor management best practices.
Preferred Qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
• Experience in a large enterprise (25,000+ employees).
• Prior experience managing benefits delivery through third-party administrators or vendors.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations (COBRA, ACA, ERISA) and enrollment systems.
