Responsibilities:- Execute regional market strategy in alignment with global segment objectives and business goals.
- Drive sales growth and revenue generation by supporting regional sales teams and identifying new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Manage the regional product portfolio, aligning offerings with customer needs, market demand, and business priorities.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and customer insights to provide strategic recommendations to global leadership.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and oversee regional budget planning and management for the market segment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product management, and operations teams to address regional market requirements.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market assessments to identify opportunities, mitigate threats, and maintain market competitiveness.
- Gather, analyze, and communicate customer feedback to support continuous product and service improvement.
- Identify regional business risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to support sustainable growth and operational success.
- At least 3 years of experience in market segment management or related roles.
- Strong understanding of the regional market dynamics for the IF segment.
- Expertise in customer relationship management.
- Turbomachinery industry experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Filter experience is highly desirable
