• Determine and manage the requirements for trial activation.
• Successfully implement contract terms and monitor compliance.
• Provide outstanding administrative support to the activation team.
• Monitor and report on the progress of trial activation projects.

• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a clinical trial or scientific setting.
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience working in a clinical trial activation role.
• Familiarity with contract management software.
