Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a Travel Industry Sales Coordinator who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha. 

We are in search of a Travel Industry Sales Coordinator who will join an energetic Sales team and to actively contribute to the success of our Resort. The person in this role must be able to confidently multitask and manage correspondence, reservation requests, and tours of the resort with clients. Our Sales Coordinator will be supporting the Regional Director of Sales and remote Regional Sales Managers. This role plays a key role in supporting the growth of the Travel Industry Sales segment by developing new business, strengthening travel industry partnerships, and creating memorable engagement opportunities that drive results. This role also represents the resort’s leisure business on-site, ensuring both administrative excellence and an elevated, authentic Four Seasons experience for our travel partners and guests. This role is located onsite at Four Seasons Resort Oahu.

Guests have the opportunity to splash into lively pools and lagoons, with numerous water sports right off the Resort’s own beach. They are also able to play tennis and golf, then relax in the Spa – wrapped in the effortless elegance of Four Seasons.

               

What you will do:

  • Serve as the on-property contact for the leisure segment, which includes hosting site inspections, familiarization trips, and partner visits

  • Support remote based Regional Sales Manager & Regional Director of Sales

  • Manage administrative and reporting needs to ensure timely, accurate communication

  • Utilize computer-based systems to ensure accuracy of reservations and guest and client information 

  • Follow up on leads and execute contracts 

  • Assist with coordination of leisure sales initiatives, sites, FAMs, and any additional sales engagement

  • Collaborate with resort departments to ensure a seamless and personalized experience for guests and travel advisors

  • Support leisure business growth through proactive prospecting, outreach to lapsed guests, and development of targeted accounts with guidance from sales leadership

 What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree required 

  • Minimum of 2 years in hospitality in a similar position 

  • Outgoing and personable 

  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

  • Motivated and proactive, with strong initiative and a natural curiosity for finding new opportunities

  • Skilled in building authentic relationships and communicating with confidence and professionalism

  • Knowledgeable about resort operations and comfortable engaging with leadership and operational teams to execute high-standard client experiences

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, poised and polished presentation style

  • Collaborative team player with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset and genuine passion for hospitality and Hawaii
