Transport & Logistics Coordinator

Short Description
We are seeking a sharp Transport & Logistics Coordinator to optimize our supply chain and distribution network. You will manage carrier relationships, track shipments in real time, and solve transit bottlenecks to guarantee on-time deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and route shipments using cost-effective domestic and international carriers.
  • Track transit progress continuously to proactively mitigate potential delivery delays.
  • Negotiate freight rates and audit shipping manifests for billing accuracy.
  • Maintain continuous communication between warehouses, carriers, and internal sales teams.
  • Resolve shipping exceptions, customs issues, and cargo damage claims efficiently.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
  • Proficiency with TMS software (Transportation Management Systems) and tracking tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to handle high-pressure supply chain disruptions.
  • Excellent negotiation abilities and sharp analytical thinking skills.
