What success looks like in this role:

• Provides Transition Management support for medium-size and moderately complex deals.
• Supports various aspects of the transition lifecycle as noted below.
Deal Onboarding
• Works with bid and account colleagues to review proposals and clarify transition goals, time frames and funding limitations.
• Engages with project stakeholders and clients to ensure common understanding of deal terms and conditions (i.e., commercial, solution, pricing / costing and resources).
• Coordinates with Human Resources to ensure staffing requirements are met by service start date.
Solution / Handover / Validation
• Gathers data – through client interviews, site visits, business process reviews and other methods – to determine project assumption validity; may evaluate:
 o Resource requirements including people and other resources,
 o Establishing financial considerations (budget, price, cost),
 o Determining solution elements, and
 o Planning for various Implementation / delivery scenarios.
• Synthesizes data and identifies plan versus actual variances.
• Works with relevant project team members to clarify risks, develop mitigation strategies and ensure their implementation prior to steady state transition.
Project Management
• Assists with overall project plan development – within or across applicable service towers.
• Articulates project deliverables and milestones, ensuring relevant stakeholders understand and commit as required.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
