Job Description:

DTN is seeking a customer-focused Senior Solution Architect (SaaS) to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will partner with customers to drive both technical adoption and meaningful business transformation through DTN’s solutions.

This role blends consultative leadership, solution architecture, implementation expertise, and industry knowledge to help customers optimize commercial and operational processes within their broader technology landscape. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with executive, operational, and technical stakeholders to design scalable solutions, guide organizational change, and ensure customers realize long-term value from DTN’s platform offerings.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Lead discovery sessions with executive, operational, commercial, and technical stakeholders to identify business challenges and transformation goals
  • Serve as a technical authority during pre-sales and post-sales engagements, including delivery planning, estimation, SoW development, and contracting
  • Guide customers through process and organizational changes required for successful solution adoption
  • Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders through consultative guidance and coaching
  • Translate business objectives and technical requirements into scalable solution blueprints, integration strategies, configurations, and data migration approaches
  • Support configuration and implementation activities to meet complex business requirements
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Implementation teams to deliver successful customer outcomes
  • Provide implementation best practices, knowledge transfer, and adoption guidance
  • Capture customer feedback and lessons learned to improve implementation methodologies and playbooks
  • Advocate for customer priorities internally to help influence DTN’s roadmap and service approach
  • Mentor junior team members on solution architecture and delivery best practices

What You Will Bring to the Position

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS solution architecture, solution engineering, implementation, onboarding, or consulting roles
  • Strong customer-facing experience leading complex technology and business transformation initiatives
  • Experience leading customers through the full project lifecycle, from discovery through implementation and value realization
  • Strong consultative, facilitation, and relationship-building skills with executive and operational stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and stakeholder groups simultaneously
  • Experience with integration approaches, APIs, data-driven workflows, and enterprise system architecture
  • Deep understanding of cloud architecture platforms such as AWS or Azure
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, SSO), and integration patterns
  • Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and database technologies
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and modern development practices
  • Knowledge of security and compliance best practices including SOC 2 and GDPR
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field required; advanced degree preferred

Compensation
The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $102,000 and $136,000. DTN is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
