One of Cushman & Wakefield's top Multi-Market teams is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and process-driven Transaction Manager to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work with premier industrial portfolios while supporting a high-performing team of real estate professionals. Responsible for the day-to-day transaction management of a portfolio of properties on behalf of one or more national and/or global corporate services clients. Responsibilities include market optimization planning, monitoring internal/external workflows to ensure consistent quality of service, deal tracking, etc.Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple active transactions simultaneously, ensuring timely progression through all deal stages
- Create and customize client documentation including kick-off forms, RFPs, and LOIs
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis of lease transactions and property acquisitions
- Develop detailed lease comments and coordinate efficiently with legal teams
- Serve as primary liaison between clients, brokers, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process
- Track critical dates and maintain accurate transaction records in company CRM systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, preferably with industrial property focus
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in financial analysis and real estate modeling
- Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related field preferred but not required
- Experience with industry software platforms preferred
- In-office (4-5 days/week preferred) with remote option available
