Transaction Coordinator (Georgia Experience Required)

As a Transaction Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of real estate transactions from contract to closing. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented A-player who can anticipate needs, communicate effectively, and manage multiple transactions with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closing.

  • Liaise between agents, clients, lenders, attorneys, and other involved parties.

  • Prepare, review, and organize contracts, addendums, and other transaction documents.

  • Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with Georgia state and local regulations.

  • Monitor timelines and key dates to ensure all milestones are met promptly.

  • Communicate regularly with agents, clients, and partners, providing updates throughout the process.

  • Demonstrate active listening to understand and address client and agent needs effectively.

  • Identify potential issues early and take initiative to prevent or resolve them quickly.

  • Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal real estate requirements.

  • Collaborate with team members to develop creative solutions to transaction challenges.



Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of Transaction Coordination experience.

  • Strong knowledge of Georgia state compliance and transaction processes.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Highly proactive, dependable, and capable of working independently.

  • Proficient in CRM and transaction management tools.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to deliver excellent service.
