We are seeking an innovative Training Specialist dedicated to improving the learning experience for our payer and provider community. In this role, you will design and deliver high-impact training programs – both live and on-demand – using adult learning principles to ensure our learners are well-equipped to navigate the HHAeXchange platform successfully. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in training delivery and presentation development, along with a collaborative mindset and a drive to introduce fresh ideas that enhance the training experience across in-person, virtual, and on-demand formats.

 

You’ll maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and the home care industry, while working closely with cross-functional teams to stay aligned to product updates and training priorities. This role will also help support the ongoing maintenance of training materials and environments, provide feedback on training content, and share insights from sessions to help improve the overall Customer Education experience.

Essential Job Duties

  • Lead live, virtual, and in-person training sessions, utilizing a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, and tools to create an engaging training experience for new and existing customers.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of HHAeXchange's suite of products, apps, and services, as well as homecare agency operations.
  • Serve as lead presenter and trainer on weekly training webinar series.
  • Able to take complex technical concepts and make them easily digestible.
  • Communicate via phone, email, and/or online meetings with training attendees.
  • Stay up to date on product functionality by partnering with the Product and Go-To-Market teams and update training materials as needed.
  • Manage multiple training projects simultaneously and prioritize against team objectives and key results.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the development and/or maintenance of training materials including video recording, content development, training environment setup, and course feedback.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify customer training needs and develop actionable plans to improve the Customer Education experience including, but not limited to, processes, tools, and techniques.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of training sessions to both internal and external stakeholders.

Travel Requirements

  • Travel 10-25% including overnight travel

Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills

  • 2+ years of experience delivering virtual and in-person training to live audiences, both 1:1 and in group settings
  • Understanding of training industry concepts such as Instructional Design, virtual classroom facilitation, training effectiveness, and outcomes measurement
  • Strong and engaging communication and presentation skills with experience training customers in software or technology
  • Experience working in a high-growth, B2B SaaS company
  • Homecare industry and Healthcare Tech experience preferred
  • Ability to take complex topics and make them simple and digestible
  • Excellent oral presentation skills, interpersonal communication, and writing skills
  • Self-sufficient, self-starter with proven success taking ownership of training projects
  • Demonstrates ability to be flexible, transparent, and team-oriented in a fast-growing environment
  • Strong ability to operate cross-functionally to deliver on key business objectives
  • Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth

The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $60,000 - $75,000 not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
