Job Title: NorAm Training Solutions Sales Manager
Location: Remote – USA or Canada | Up to 40% travel


As the NorAm Training Solutions Sales Manager, you will lead the commercial growth of BSI’s Training Solutions business across the U.S. and Canada. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales leader who knows how to build strong teams, create structure and accountability, and turn strategy into results.


You will lead and develop a geographically dispersed sales team, creating an environment where people are motivated to perform, supported to grow, and clear on what success looks like. At the same time, you will take an active role in shaping sales strategy, strengthening our pipeline, identifying new market opportunities, and building trusted relationships with clients.

We’re looking for a leader who brings energy, optimism, commercial discipline, and a strong coaching mindset, someone who can inspire a team while establishing the sales frameworks, practices, and performance rhythms needed to consistently deliver results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Establish clear goals, KPIs, and sales practices that create accountability and consistent performance.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and sales performance, using data to identify opportunities and improve results.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong, trusted client relationships.
  • Partner with Training, Marketing, Operations, and regional Sales teams to strengthen go-to-market execution.
  • Create a positive, collaborative sales culture that keeps the team motivated and focused on success.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 7+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years in sales leadership.
  • Proven experience leading, coaching, and motivating a geographically dispersed sales team.
  • A strong track record of achieving revenue targets and driving sales growth.
  • Strong experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • A consultative, client-focused approach to sales.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Experience within training, professional services, or solutions-based sales is preferred.

The salary for this position can range from USD $106,550 - $142,000 annually; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget and internal peer compensation comparisons.
