Drives and develops training programs that align with long term, strategic business goals. Establishes and implements training strategies, standardizing training initiatives to meet organizational and learner needs and measure success. Promote efficiency and competitive advantage by creating train-the- trainer programs and developing the skills of staff and end users. Implement strategic policies by leveraging best practice frameworks, methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
What You'll Do:
- Drive, develop and implement end-to-end learning strategies and training programs in accordance with initiatives and strategies for a defined function or across a business unit. Implements and directs goals, objectives, and work standards for assigned area.
- Plan and design educational and training curricula across live, virtual, and on-demand channels.
- Determine training needs, strategies, and measurements for training success, tying learning outcomes to adoption and field performance. Provides input to executive management.
- Manage and evaluate trainers' performance, the impact of the training, and the infrastructure of the training department.
- Implement goals, objectives, and work standards for the department which impact other areas/departments.
- Directs the selection of staff and provides for their training and professional development to maintain effective morale, productivity, and discipline. Plans, organizes, administers, reviews, and evaluates the activities of a broad organization.
- Accountable for function financial results which impact organization performance.
- Own vendor selection and management.
- Comprehensive understanding of the overall company and competitive environment.

What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, organizational development, communications, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years demonstrated experience in Training/Enablement with experience managing multiple functions and/or multi-disciplinary teams
- Track record of designing and executing successful training programs with significant and broad impact.
- Experience with an extensive knowledge of a wide range of traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in a classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.)
- Demonstrated competency in developing and executing strategic plans. Significant experience developing and implementing solutions.
- Demonstrated success by meeting the needs of a wide range of employees while driving team performance, monitoring results and appropriately allocating resources.
- Possess and applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of field of specialization to the completion of complex projects.
- Understanding of metrics/dashboards which drive an environment and culture of continuous improvement.
- Possesses problem solving, collaboration, critical thinking, team building, and presentation skills.
- Results oriented and solution thinking with time management and project management skills.
- Displays leadership skills, leading by example, driving employee commitment through actions, and empowering employees to reach their full potential.
Pay Range: $166,700 - $222,300 Annually
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
