Alteryx is searching for a Training Content Developer. This position is remote first, based in North America.

Responsibilities:
Content Development
- Collaborate with our Learning Experience Designers to design and develop engaging and effective learning experiences across a variety of modalities and delivery methods.
- Review and format course content to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to brand and style guidelines.
- Develop product knowledge expertise to support new product roll outs, revisions and releases.
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate documentation and internal governance requirements, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Content Management
- Support the management of the learning content lifecycle — creation, updates, version control, catalog organization, and archival.
- Coordinate course publishing and content management in Docebo (LMS), Seismic (CMS) and Cornerstone Galaxy.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) testing of learning experiences.
- Maintain accurate course data, release notes, and update documentation.
- Prepare dashboards and reports to communicate content performance, engagement, and learning impact.
- Support multi-channel communication efforts, including learning announcements, newsletters, and internal updates.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in learning operations, customer enablement, or a related field supporting training content and program delivery.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, or similar) to create professional and visually appealing presentations.
- Experience developing learning solutions in Storyline 360 and Rise.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (Docebo & Cornerstone Galaxy) as well as Content Management System (Seismic).
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced product development lifecycle
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively.
- Ability to travel 10% of the year
- Compensation 90,000-99,000 plus bonus

Compensation and Benefits
Alteryx is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This position is remote first and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including bonus.
