Job Description

Elevare Branding is seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Leader to join our team in Boston, MA.

This position is designed for individuals who are ready to develop their leadership, communication, organization, and team-management abilities while gaining practical experience in a professional environment.

As a Trainee Leader, you will work alongside experienced team members and management, learning how to coordinate daily activities, support team performance, communicate effectively with customers, and contribute to successful marketing and brand initiatives.

As you progress, you will have opportunities to take on increased responsibility and develop toward future leadership and management positions within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination of daily team activities and objectives.
  • Assist team members in maintaining high standards of performance and professionalism.
  • Develop leadership and team-management skills through hands-on training.
  • Participate in in-person marketing, promotional, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Help organize assignments, priorities, and daily operations.
