What You'll Do
- Provide prompt resolution to customer inquiries by providing appropriate and accurate information.
- Provide responsive email support to customers, maintaining high service standards.
- Escalate customer complaints through the appropriate internal channels to ensure timely and customer-centric resolution.
- Organize and maintain data to ensure ongoing security and usability of key systems.
- Support all aspects of the trading process, from trading and settlement to manual adjustments, while collaborating with multiple teams and departments to ensure efficient operations.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Deep knowledge and passion for sports, with a strong understanding of the sports betting industry.
- Ability to think quickly and work efficiently under tight time constraints.
- Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Detail-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Full-time, in-office role with a commitment to on-site presence with a willingness to work night shifts on occasion.
