The candidate should have a foundational knowledge of linear Rates, a key eye for detail, a high degree of motivation and deep analytic skills.

In accordance with applicable law, the base salary range for this role is $125,000 to $300,000.
In addition, the employee who fills this role will be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive compensation program,

Responsibilities:
- Working with sales and trading teams to process trade execution across the trade lifecycle
- Working in a team environment that closely integrates trading, technology and operational excellence
- Working with the sales and trading desk to manage risk breaks, assist with executions and middle office functions
- Automating operational workflows and partnering with developers and technology teams to architect, build, and deliver robust platforms to reduce manual overhead and risk
- Developing robust processes to aid in the deployment of new trading capabilities
- Coordinating with developers to help with releases and testing for new software
- Coordinating efforts with Trading, Technology, Compliance and Operations teams to ensure smooth expansion and day to day operation of the business
- Liaising with operations, accounting and business management departments to develop and answer ad hoc
- requests
Qualifications:
- Foundational knowledge of linear Rates
- Experience interfacing with trading and technology systems
- Experience in Rates, Swaps domain knowledge
- Process driven approach to problem solving
- Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise across multiple groups
- A highly analytic mentality and a rigorous attention to deal
- Demonstrated self-starter, with the drive and can-do attitude to learn new things and push through change to deliver results
- A completed degree from a top tier university in economics
