We are looking for a dynamic Trade Compliant Administrator to become a vital part of our vibrant Global Trade Compliance & Logistics team, working remotely across the United States. Join the energy and come be part of the momentum! 

The Trade Compliance Contractor will play a key role in supporting global trade compliance efforts, with a primary focus on conducting manual denied party screening across customers, suppliers, and transactions. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical judgment in assessing potential matches, and the ability to operate independently using publicly available regulatory resources.

In addition, the role will provide supplemental support in areas such as product classification, contract review, and the development and maintenance of compliance procedures.

This is a 6-12 month contract with potential for extension.  


Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities (70–80%)

  • Perform manual denied party screening across all transactional parties
  • Analyze potential matches using government restricted party lists
  • Determine true matches vs. false positives using identifying data (name, address, country, etc.)
  • Document screening results in an audit-ready format
  • Escalate potential matches in accordance with internal procedures
  • Ensure screening is completed prior to shipment release

Secondary Responsibilities (20–30%)

  • Assist with export/import classifications (ECCN / HTS)
  • Support contract reviews related to trade compliance (including FAR/DFARS)
  • Assist in developing and maintaining work instructions
  • Support internal compliance inquiries

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfort learning new software systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow documented procedures accurately
  • Ability to independently evaluate screening results
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience performing manual denied party screening
  • Familiarity with U.S. export regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
  • Experience using government restricted party lists
  • Multi-jurisdiction experience (EU, Singapore)
  • Basic ECCN / HTS knowledge
  • Contract review exposure
  • SOP / work instruction experience
