We've helped teams like Solana, Filecoin, Peaq, and WalletConnect raise over $1B and connect with hundreds of thousands of users. Today, we offer a full suite of crypto financial services—from token sales and staking to trading and custody—designed to support users throughout their crypto journey.

We’re building for the next generation of crypto—where early adopters, investors, and builders converge. If you're excited about pushing the frontier of digital finance, we’d love to meet you.

The Opportunity:

For a Token Sale Lead, we’re looking for someone to build relationships with  industry leading crypto projects and drive the company’s key business objectives. You will identify, source, and close strategic partnerships. Your job is to help us find the next big token sale or distribution and you should have a passion for selling and driving revenue.

Our Protocol Services team is dedicated to advancing the crypto ecosystem by supporting builders through their launch journey. We help the builder at every stage of their journey, from start, to launch and grow.

Who You Are:

  • You’re excited about cryptocurrency. CoinList’s mission is to help the best crypto companies succeed by serving as a trusted advisor in the space. We’re incredibly excited by the power of distributed ledger technology, and you should be too.
  • You are a self-starter who can drive a deal from start to finish with minimal oversight.
  • You are well-connected within the crypto industry and able to leverage your network for deal sourcing.
  • You execute in a fast-paced and constantly-evolving environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify top-tier crypto/blockchain projects for potential token sales or other fundraising events.
  • Own full lifecycle of partner engagement, deal-making, and partnership implementation.
  • Build lead lists, and source deals.
  • Manage the due diligence process on potential token sale partners.
  • Write token sale memos for formal business approval.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs, and cross sell opportunities.
  • Work closely with leaders from product, marketing, operations, legal, and engineering teams to close business and drive new revenue.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in roles involving token sales or blockchain fundraising within the crypto industry.
  • Proven deal experience and history of closing deals for $500K+ sized contracts backed up by performance numbers / metrics (crypto sales, investment banking, enterprise software sales).
  • Experience working cross functionally to close deals (work with product, engineering, legal, compliance, etc.).
  • Investment management / venture capital / investment research background - if in crypto, that’s a major plus.
  • Crypto native is a must - familiar with key trends and projects building in different crypto ecosystems - if you don’t have a strong understanding of crypto markets and projects, then this role is not for you.
  • Self starter - ability to navigate a deal cycle from start to finish with a minimal amount of oversight.
  • Established network within the crypto industry for deal sourcing.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Strong writing skills, with experience publishing research, analyses, or thought leadership in the crypto space.
  • Technical proficiency with data querying languages (SQL, GraphQL, Python, R) is a plus.
  • Background in economics, engineering, or computer science is preferred.
Benefits

$140,000 - $160,000 + Incentive Compensation + Equity

Salary ranges are for the US and Canada and are determined using competitive market data, and the final salary offer is commensurate with the candidate’s experience and jurisdiction.

Salary & Equity-Based Compensation:

CoinList is a high-growth startup and rewards its employees with generous equity grant ownership. Therefore, a significant portion of the total rewards package is provided via company equity.

Amazing Benefits:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance are provided at no monthly cost to the employee.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
